Food for Long Distance Hiking

1.  Breakfasts
Oatmeal packets are easiest and good.  Two per person.
Hot Chocolate is awesome if it is cold or Tea
Some Almonds for protein

2.  Snack morning
Pro Bar, snickers bars, protein shake

3.  Lunch
Chese, hard meats, olive oil, hard bread. peanut butter, water.
Avocado if it can be had.

4.  Afternoon snack
Gorp, Tea.

5.  Dinners
Idahoan Potatoes with cheese plus rice pudding with raisins

Chile con Carne with hard bread

Springs and something in them


Hot Chocolate or Tea

Treats - chocolate.
